About us
The Netherlands-Polish Chamber of Commerce has its office based in Warsaw.
Our mission is to promote and facilitate economic ties between Poland and the Netherlands, and to provide a platform for exchange of views and experiences between Dutch and Polish companies. To this end, we organize workshops, seminars, and symposia devoted to issues of interest to the business community, and host leading policy makers at business lunch meetings. We also publish a magazine Bulletin three times per year. At the moment, the Chamber has around 100 member companies involved in trade between Poland and the Netherlands, including all leading Dutch investors in Poland as well as numerous small and medium-sized enterprises.
The Association is governed by a Management Board, representing the bilateral commercial relations and composed of representatives of renowned Dutch businesses in Poland. Within the Association, both big, medium-sized and small companies are considered equally important, so the interests of all are safeguarded. We have years of experience in the international business environment in Poland, so we know the way around here.
WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU? short presentation
INTERNATIONAL GROUP OF CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE
For almost four years now the Netherlands-Polish Chamber of Commerce has been a member of the IGCC, The International Group of Chambers of Commerce in Poland, comprising all bigger bilateral chambers active in Poland.
Currently the members represent a workforce in Poland of over 1.000.000 employees. The main purpose of the IGCC is the coordination and cooperation of above mentioned chambers in the Development of activities and economic relations between the businesses of the represented countries and Poland. Also activities of the separate chambers can be opened for members of other chambers.
The board of the IGCC consists of board members of the chambers and each period of 4 months another chamber takes the presidency of the IGCC. In October 2007 until spring 2008 the presidency was in the hands of our chamber.
